Surrender Form
To make arrangements to begin the relinquishment process, contact our Intake Administrator, kate@centralcoastpugrescue.com or call the CCPR hotline at (805) 978-5888 and leave a specific message including your pug’s age, health, temperament, and why you need to find your pug a new home.
You will need to provide us with a photo of your pug and the completed surrender form before we can make arrangements to take in your pug.
